Update: the baseball game scheduled to be in Frost tomorrow has been moved to Itasca at 5:00 pm. We will be the visiting team.

Our juniors and seniors had the opportunity to attend the Hill County Career Fair yesterday morning. Thank you to Arthur Mann (Director - Hillsboro Economic Development Council), Jessyca Brown (Vice President of External Affairs - Hill College), and Jo Hayes (CTE Director - Hillsboro ISD) to putting on this event. Our kids had a great time and learned lots of valuable information!





Reminder: Blum does not have a JV; therefore there will be only one game today at 6:00pm in Blum.

Location change for the softball game tomorrow, March 22nd! We will be playing IN ITASCA at 5:30 versus Meridian! Come support these ladies as we finish out the first round of district!

There will be a tournament on Tuesday to replace tomorrows tournament. Tuesdays golf tournament will be for both boys and girls. Again, there will be a golf tournament on Tuesday in Glen Rose.

Due to weather forecasted for tomorrow the golf tournament for both girls and guys golf has been cancelled

Itasca High School One Act Play will perform "The Small World of Millie McIvor" by Ronald Burke on Monday, March 21 at 7:00 in the Special Events Center. Admission is Free and open to the public. *Produced by special arrangement with The Dramatic Publishing Company of Woodstock, Illinois*

Baseball practice tomorrow(3/14) at 10:00 am. There is a district game Tuesday at 12:00pm in Abbott.

Reminder: The baseball game is in Abbott at 12:00pm. We will be playing Cross Roads. Players need to be at the SEC @10am

They are moving my March 23rd golf tournament to March 21st. There is a conflict with UIL. This tournament is for both boys and girls teams and will be at Cleburne links

I am so proud of my One Act Play students! We performed at our District competition yesterday and advanced to Bi-District. They earned the following Acting awards: All Star Cast - Kloee Hammans as Millie and Tyler Griffith as Johnathan. Honorable Mention All-Star Cast - Charlsie Ferrell as Toby and JT Morris as Mr. Hornbuckle. Honor Crew - Hannah Brackin Lights and Sound. Cast and crew members: Kloee Hammans, Charlsie Ferrell, Naomi Chavez, April Battleson, Hannah Brackin, Robert Ford, Tyler Griffith, Gwen Brown, Joseph Davis, Andorra Thao, JT Morris. We will perform on March 24 in Hamilton.

The change of date to Tuesday March 22nd for the JH Keene track meet on the schedule is for both Junior High Boys and Girls.

There was a mistake on the Junior High track schedule that should be fixed now. The next Junior High track meet in Keene is on Tuesday March 22nd and not Monday March 21st.

The Itasca High School One-Act Play will perform today in Hamilton (not Frost) for District UIL Competition. The play will go on stage at 11:00 a.m., and awards will take place at 5:30 p.m. Break a Leg! Go! Cats! Go!

Congratulations to girls golf for their 2nd place finish in the Burleson Centennial JV tournament yesterday. Battling the cold was not easy but they did a great!
