Itasca ISD has made some updates to our Return to In Person Instruction and Continuity of Services plan based on new TEA and CDC guidance. The updates plan can be found at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Nn5A4n0xGPHfw36_LzzvWdVvcFHhW2WjiwXZJ2CmnjM/edit on page 6. Main items of interest include the reduction of quarantine time from 10 days to 5 days for students and staff in close contact and the ability to return to school without a negative test. Itasca ISD has seen an uptick in the number of positive cases, we ask that students with fever and symptoms remain home until testing occurs.
