Report Cards Have Been Posted to the Parent Portal
Since there's only one middle school game tomorrow September 26, the start time has been moved to 5:30 pm.
Itasca Rotary Club is hosting a homecoming steak dinner on Friday, October 11th. The cost of a meal is $13. This includes a steak, sides, and a drink. Don't miss out on your chance for a great homecoming meal. The food will be served at Central Baptist Church at 401 East Monroe St. from 11 am until 6 pm. Itasca ISD will hold a mission and vision planning session today at 5:30 PM.
Fall Sports/Band Pictures- JH & HS- will be on Tuesday, September 17th in the SEC at 1:00 p.m. (following HS lunch) This will include Football, Cheer, Volleyball, Cross Country, & Band for JH & HS). Students will be called down to the SEC when it is their turn to get photographed.

Scholarship Opportunity for Seniors
The Gates Scholarship
Eligibility requirements:
A high school senior
From at least one of the following ethnicities: African American, American Indian/Alaska Native*, Asian/Pacific Islander American, and/or Hispanic American
Pell-eligible
A US citizen, national, or permanent resident
In a good academic standing with a minimum cumulative weighted GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
Additionally, a student must plan to enroll full-time, in a four-year degree program, at a US accredited, not-for-profit, private or public college or university.
An ideal candidate will also have:
An outstanding academic record in high school (in the top 10% of his/her graduating class)
Demonstrated leadership ability (e.g., as shown through participation in community service, extracurricular, or other activities)
Exceptional personal success skills (e.g., emotional maturity, motivation, perseverance, etc.)

We are pleased to inform you that Itasca ISD will be implementing Provision 2 (P2) under the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs for School Year 2024/2025. Under P2, all students receive breakfast and lunch at no charge.
