Dear Itasca,
As many of you already know, Governor Abbott issued a new Executive Order today GA-34 which in part removes the statewide mandate on face coverings beginning next Wednesday March 10, 2021. As we await further guidance form the Texas Education Agency, Itasca ISD Board of Trustees, and Itasca ISD stakeholders, we remind you that our current mandate is still in effect, and we will keep you apprised of any changes/updates in the days to come. Our #1 goal is to provide a safe and secure learning environment for all, and we ask that you continue to work with us adhering to the guidelines we have in place.
