When a district receives a formal complaint the district must provide the following notice to all parties who are known:
- Notice of the districts Title IX formal complaint process, including any informal resolution process;
- Notice of the allegations of sexual harassment which includes, (1) the identities of the parties involved if known, (2) the conduct alleged as sexual harassment and (3) the date and location of the alleged incident, if known.
